Refund Policy

All wedding dress sales are final. Once a dress has been purchased and has left our premises, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

We take great care to ensure that every bride is completely satisfied with her gown before leaving our boutique. Our appointment process is designed to give you all the time and space you need to make your decision with complete confidence.

Once a customer has confirmed satisfaction and taken possession of their dress, the dress is considered collected and the sale is complete. From that point forward, no refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered, regardless of any changes in circumstances.

Appointment Deposits

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all first appointments. This policy was introduced due to an increased number of no-shows, which affects availability for other brides.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Exclusivity Policy

Soul Bride by Nićo will only ever produce 3 of each design. Once all 3 pieces of a design have been sold, that design is permanently discontinued.

This exclusivity guarantee is a core part of the Soul Bride promise. Your dress will always be one of only three in existence worldwide.

Made to Order

Some pieces may be made to order. In these cases, production timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. Made-to-order pieces follow the same no-refund policy as all other Soul Bride purchases.

We recommend booking your appointment well in advance of your wedding date to allow time for any potential alterations.

Care of Your Dress

We are not responsible for damage to the dress once it has left our premises. We recommend consulting a professional dry cleaner experienced in bridal wear for all cleaning and preservation needs.
